Honey and Orange

Start by mixing in a bowl

  • 200ml orange – fresh (carton i used)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour – 2tbsp of cold water mixed
  • 2 tbsp Garlic 

Place to one side until later.

For the Chicken 

  • Dice 8 Chicken Thighs – Remove all the fatty parts
  • Coat Chicken with 1 tbsp of Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce 
  • 1 tbsp Garlic 

Mix all together with hands – add to pan and cook for 12 minutes using Frylight, ensuring your chicken is cooked through

– Add Sauce – 

 Cook for another 5 mins together and mix well.
