Ingredients –
- 1 Potato – Method below
- Corn on the cob – boiled
- Wholemeal Pitta Bread (Wardburtons)
- Chicken Breast – butterflied – seasoned with Paprika, Garlic and Chilli Powder
- Long stem Broccili
- Tzatziki Dip – Fat Free Natural Yogurt, Cucumber, 2 tbsp Lemon Juice & 1 tbsp Parsley
Chips
- I do the same method every time for my chips and they have NEVER failed!
- Cut you potato into chip’s
- Boil your kettle, tip boiling water directly into you saucepan and boil potato’s for 6 minutes
- Drain, shake allow to dry for 2 minutes, cover in Frylight and add to your Airfryer for 15 minutes!
