Nando’s Inspired Lunch

Ingredients –

  • 1 Potato – Method below
  • Corn on the cob – boiled
  • Wholemeal Pitta Bread (Wardburtons)
  • Chicken Breast – butterflied – seasoned with Paprika, Garlic and Chilli Powder
  • Long stem Broccili
  • Tzatziki Dip – Fat Free Natural Yogurt, Cucumber, 2 tbsp Lemon Juice & 1 tbsp Parsley

Chips

  • I do the same method every time for my chips and they have NEVER failed!
  • Cut you potato into chip’s
  • Boil your kettle, tip boiling water directly into you saucepan and boil potato’s for 6 minutes
  • Drain, shake allow to dry for 2 minutes, cover in Frylight and add to your Airfryer for 15 minutes!
